Boxpro Express constructs turnkey accessory structures on the exact backyard location designated and staked by the property owner. Single-story detached structures under 120 sq ft are building-permit exempt per California Residential Code (CRC Section R105.2). Property owner is solely responsible for determining property boundaries, confirming local municipal zoning setbacks, checking underground utilities (call 811 before ground strike), and obtaining any applicable HOA / Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approvals prior to build day.
