Yes — due to safety and environmental regulations, we cannot haul hazardous materials including paint (unless completely dry), motor oil, gasoline, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us and we'll let you know.

Responsibly. We donate usable furniture and goods to local charities and organizations whenever possible. Electronics and metals are recycled through certified facilities. What can't be donated or recycled is hauled to the appropriate disposal facility. We're committed to keeping as much out of the landfill as we can.

Nope — that's our job. Our crew does all the lifting, carrying, and loading. Just point us to what needs to go. We'll handle it from your attic, garage, backyard, basement, or wherever it sits.

Boxpro Express is a licensed and insured LLC operating in California. We carry general liability coverage to protect your property and ours. You can request proof of insurance at any time — just ask.

Absolutely — that's actually our specialty. We call it a Combo Visit, and it's the most cost-effective way to knock out a list of repairs. Tell us everything on your to-do list when you book and we'll plan the visit accordingly.

We offer full residential lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, weed control, bush and hedge trimming, tree trimming, and yard cleanups. We also handle larger landscaping jobs like rock installation, small irrigation repairs, and seasonal cleanups.

We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied. No payment is required upfront.

For junk removal, you don't necessarily need to be present — as long as we have access and you've approved the items to be removed. For handyman work, we generally do need a homeowner or authorized adult present. We'll confirm the specifics when you book.

We operate Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. For emergency handyman or urgent hauls, we do our best to accommodate after-hours requests — call us and we'll see what we can do. We are closed on Sundays.

Life happens — we get it. Just call or text us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) may incur a small trip fee to cover the crew's time.

Yes — our minimum charge is $75 for handyman services and $275 for junk removal. This covers the crew, truck, and time it takes to show up and do the job professionally.
